PDF from Report is showing symbols and not letters and numbers
If when you open your saved PDF report from Radius and it is showing symbols instead of letters and numbers this video will walk you through what is going wrong and a work around.
The issue is not with Radius but insteasd your reader not being able to the fonts so it defaults to the symbol font. You can test this by sending the PDF to your phone or another computer and opening it there and you will see it displays fine. Watch the quick video for solutions.
