PDF from Report is showing symbols and not letters and numbers
If when you open your saved PDF report from Radius and it is showing symbols instead of letters and numbers the video below will walk you through what is going wrong and a work around.
The issue is not with Radius but insteasd your reader not being able to read the fonts so it defaults to the symbol font. You can test this by sending the PDF to your phone or another computer and opening it there and you will see it displays fine.
If someone you are sending the Report to is seeing symbols ask them to do the following:
Update their PDF reader. It may be out dated or missing an important up date.
Have them be sure their Windows Operating System is up to date.
