Cannot see totals for all Flights in a Schedule

If you can not see the totals for all of your flights in Schedule but instead on see one flight, there are two usuall causes.

1) you do not have Link Folders in Flighting setup checked.  Click the SETUP tab located to the left of the flighting tabs down in the lower left part of your screen.

In upper right of the popup window make sure the LINK FLIGHTS box is checked.   If it is not checked,  Check it and click ok.  That should fix the issue.  If it was checked try the following:

2) In order to see all flights in Totals, you must click the LINKED ALL tab to the right of the flight tabs.

If you click on a single flighting tab the totals is only for that tab. Click LINKED ALL and you see the totals for all flights.
