How to add dates to a Multiweek Schedule or Flighting

How to add dates to a Multiweek Schedule or Flighting

There is a simple way to add dates to a one flight multiweek schedule or a multi flight schedule.

Create the schedule as you always do but to add the number of weeks click on the SETUP tab to the left of the flighting tabs in the bottom left corner:

In the popup window be sure the Link Flights box is Checked.  You only have to do this once, then it should stay that way.

Change the number of weeks to what you want.   Just double click the box where it says one week and type in what you want.

If you want to add dates for multiweek schedule or several flights you can.  Just double click on the cell below  “starting week of” on the row for that flight on the flight row.     Only add dates for flights that you have already built first.  If creating a simple multiweek schedule on just one flight then just adjust on the first flight ron.

A drop down arrow will appear and click on it to scroll down to the starting week (Not the starting day. it is just the week the schedule starts in).  Click on that starting week.

Then either press your keyboard Enter key or click once anywhere on the popup screen and Radius will automatically pick the end week based on the number of weeks that flight runs.

Now click OK.   IMPORTANT:  When going to reporting if the schedule is a single flight schedule then you can go straight to reporting and do not clicked LINKED ALL. If the schedule involves more than one flight,  you must click on LINKED ALL just before going to the reporting.  The LINKED ALL tab is shown below.
