If Radius will not allow you to install new Ratings data

If once you have downloaded the Ratings data, Radius will not let you open the file to install it, you will need to tell the computer how to open it.   You will only need to do this once.

Right click on the data file in your download folder or wherever the files is available.

On the popup window left click on Open With. That will open a side window. Click on Choose Another App

This popup window will appear.  If Radius is showing as on Option click on it,  Otherwise click on Choose an App on Your PC

Now click on THIS PC and then on WINDOWS (C:)

Scroll down to the Radius Folder and Double click on it to open.

Now look for the Radius 32 icon and click on it once to highlight it and the click OPEN

Highlight RADIUS 32 and then click ALWAYS

Radius should allow you to install data each time going forward.
