Radius Already Running Error

If you try to reopen radius and you get this warning:

And you are sure the softeware is not just minimized do the following.  Click the control key (CTRL) the ALT key and the delete key at the same time.    You will see a popup window and you want to click on TASK MANAGER.  You will then get a popup window like below. Scoll down to find RADIUS 32. Click on it once and then END TASK up at the top.  RADIUS 32 should now be gone.  Closeout the popup window and reopen the Radius Software.
