Radius is stuck and not working
If Radius is frozen you can do the following. On your computer task bar at the bottom of your desktop look for the Radius icon (Circle with the number 32 on it). Right click it and click on close window. That should shut it down. So you can move to the second step.
Click the control key (CTRL) the ALT key and the delete key at the same time. You will see a popup window and you want to click on TASK MANAGER. You will then get a popup window like below. Scoll down to find RADIUS 32. Click on it once and then END TASK up at the top. RADIUS 32 should now be gone. Closeout the popup window and reopen the Radius Software.
