You can share a schedule you created with your staff or coworker. You would export an XML and then email to them so they can import the xml into Radius. These quick videos below show you how. The first one goes over how to create the XML for staff and how the staff imports it. The second one is just how to import the xml.
IMPORTANT: The books you used for the schedule is not in the XML. Let your staff person know that they may need to change the books the schedule is based on once imported in their Radius.
